MOORESVILLE, N.C. – (June 7, 2018) The Kyle Busch Foundation (KBF) has selected the seventh round of recipients of the “Kyle and Samantha Busch Bundle of Joy Fund” and awarded a total of $65,000 to four Charlotte, N.C.-area couples toward their infertility treatments at Reproductive Endocrinology Associates of Charlotte (REACH).

The Buschs started the fund through the Kyle Busch Foundation in 2015 following the birth of their son, Brexton. After struggling with infertility issues themselves and completing successful treatments at REACH, they started the fund for other couples in similar situations who may not have the financial means to undergo treatments. Quite frequently medical insurance does not cover a majority of the costs associated with infertility treatments.

To date, KBF has distributed nearly $400,000 among 31 couples toward their IVF treatments, resulting in 13 babies and two more on the way later this year.

“Kyle and I are overjoyed we have been able to help 31 couples try to overcome the financial burden of infertility treatments,” Samantha Busch said. “Having experienced infertility ourselves, we felt compelled to do something to help other couples. It is such an emotional journey and it’s unfortunate the cost excludes many people from being able to have a child of their own. It is so exciting that some our first ‘Bundle of Joy’ couples from 2015 are starting to celebrate their children’s second birthdays and knowing our foundation was able to help.

“Through the generous donations from our fans and sponsors to the Kyle Busch Foundation, we look forward to continue providing funding to couples through REACH on a semi-annual basis. It is a cause near and dear to our hearts, and we pray that these couples are able to have their own miracle babies like we did with Brexton.”

Applications for the “Kyle and Samantha Busch Bundle of Joy Fund” can be obtained through REACH in Charlotte and the fund is currently only available to patients of REACH.
